02 — Inclusions and exclusions
Both escapes share the same list. A two-night stay includes two nights, three thermal sessions and one guided walk; a three-night stay adds a third night, a fourth thermal session and a second walk.
Insurance and travel costs are never bundled into the quoted price. Send your dates through the booking form if you need the tax and transfer breakdown in writing.

Short answers on the health note, room allocation and change conditions for our two- and three-night tours in Zakarpattia.
We ask every guest to declare cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery or blood-pressure medication when booking. The water sits at 38 to 42°C, so soaks run about 15 minutes with rest intervals between them.
If a doctor has limited hot bathing for you, say so in the booking form. We shorten the soak schedule or swap a session for a nature walk. Read the thermal bathing disclaimer for the full note.
Every guest gets a private en-suite room in a selected regional guesthouse or small hotel. Couples and friends travelling together are placed in a double or twin exactly as requested at booking.
Solo travellers receive a single room where the property has one free. If only a twin is available, we confirm a shared room with you first and never assign it silently.
Date changes are free up to 7 days before arrival, subject to free rooms at the chosen guesthouse. Inside 7 days the booking is handled as a cancellation under the cancellation and refund policy.
If you move to a different season, any difference in the from-price is payable at the time of the change.
Local transfers between the guesthouse and the thermal facility, guided walks, bathing entry and tourist tax are included. Travel to Zakarpattia, dinners and personal insurance are not.

Walks cover 4 to 6 km on marked forest paths with a gentle gradient, and the guide sets a pace the whole group keeps. A shorter route is available on every walk day, so you can turn back with the guide without missing the transfer.

Send the escape you want and the nights that suit you. We reply with confirmed availability, the guesthouse name for that week, and the final from-price. Enquiries sent Monday to Saturday, 09:00–19:00 Kyiv time, are answered within one working day; Sunday messages go out on Monday morning.
