2. Data we collect

Through our contact and booking forms we collect your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, destination and the content of your message. Technical data such as IP address, device and browser type is recorded for security and site operation.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to answer enquiries, prepare and perform bookings, meet legal duties and secure the site. Processing relies on your consent, on steps taken at your request before a contract, and on our legal obligations under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 3993-IX of 17 October 2024.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for 12 months, booking records for 3 years after the service, and data required by accounting or tax law for the statutory period. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

5. Sharing

Data is shared only with hosting providers, payment processors and travel partners where needed to deliver the service, under written agreements. We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies are used only with your prior informed consent, except for strictly technical storage necessary to provide the site, as required by Article 121 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications” No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent by writing to contact@hhealtdhhub.com. We respond within 30 days.
