Terms of Service
These terms govern use of hhealtdhhub.com and its bookings.

2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when we accept it. Before ordering, we provide clear information on the trader, service, price, cancellation/refund, complaints and dispute resolution under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023.
3. Prices and itineraries
Prices are in the checkout currency and include applicable taxes. Inclusions and exclusions are listed per offer. Accommodation and itinerary details state facilities, room type and programme; material changes are met with alternatives or a refund. Tourism services disclose the programme, accommodation, price, insurance and cancellation terms before purchase under the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR of 15 September 1995.
4. Privacy and advertising
We process personal data as controller for bookings and site operation and inform you of purposes, rights and retention under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 3993-IX of 17 October 2024. Cookies require prior informed consent, except strictly technical storage or access under Article 121 of Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications” No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020. Advertising is identifiable and not misleading; wellness claims are substantiated and do not present spa services as medical treatment under the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996.
5. Liability
We are liable under mandatory Ukrainian consumer law, but not for indirect loss or events beyond our control. Complaints: contact@hhealtdhhub.com. Disputes may go to the consumer protection authority or courts.
